DELIVERIES & RETURNS
We ship all orders using standard postage by An Post, charging a rate of €7 within Ireland, with an additional €4 on each item, and €13 internationally, with an additional €5 per extra item. The exception for these policies is on smaller products such as greeting cards, for which we charge €2.50. We aim to send all orders made before 12pm on the same day, and all other orders on the following day.
Should you require tracking or a courier service, or have a specific date by which you need your products to arrive, please contact us prior to making your purchase. Please note additional costs will occur for this.
We do not offer delivery for framed orders. Should you wish to order an item framed, please select the ‘Collect in Store’ option.
Prints are packaged securely and posted in a tube or packing cube. We are extremely careful when packing our prints and do our best to ensure that no damage will occur during postage.
For international orders, we cannot accept any additional taxes or charges.
We offer in-store collection of prints as an alternative to postage. We are open Monday - Friday 10AM - 6.30PM and Saturday 10AM-6PM. Please let us know if there is a specific day/time you wish to collect so we can ensure your print is packed and prepared.
If your item does not arrive within 7 days of dispatch for UK/Ireland and 14 days for rest of the world, please contact us in case delivery has been delayed.
Items returned to us by the postal service marked as not called for or unclaimed by the receiver will require additional postage costs to be paid before we can resend.
We cannot be held responsible if a parcel has gone missing due to the postal address being filled in incorrectly or missing important information. However, if we notice the address is incomplete, we will contact you before dispatch.
